My research

is primarily focused on elucidating the underlying mechanisms of visual perception and higher order cognitive functions in health, aging and disease. To this end, I use a variety of techniques including state-of-the-art neuroimaging, behavioral tasks, and computational models to explore the functional and structural architecture of the human brain in particular the medial temporal lobe regions at fine levels of detail.
