I focus on brain alterations in the preclinical phase of Alzheimer’s disease. Specifically, I aim to investigate the association Alzheimer-related pathologies and spatial navigation. Therefore, I examine the correlation of grid-cell-like representations and tau-pathology in the entorhinal cortex, utilizing advanced neuroimaging methods like 7TMRI and PET-CT, in conjunction with spatial-navigation paradigms and neuropsychological assessments.
